The Board has taken on record her resignation at their meeting held on 28 May 2014.
The Board has appointed Jitesh R Varkal as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Company w.e.f 29 May 2014, in place of Prachi Shukla at their meeting held on 28 May 2014.
