At meeting held on 08 December 2015
Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 December 2015, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:1. Acceptance of resignation of Andreas Wilhelm Kolf, Whole Time Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. the closing business hours of 31 December 2015.
2. Appointment of Vinod Kumar Hans as Whole Time Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years commencing 01 January 2016.
3. Appointment of Rajesh Sinha as Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of three years commencing 01 January 2016.
