Force Motors announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 January 2015, has appointed P. V. Inamdar as Additional Director.Further, R. B. Bhandari has ceased to be a Director of the Company, by resignation. His resignation was noted by the Board of Directors in its meeting on 16 January 2015.
