The Board of Frontier Informatics at its meeting held on 19 July 2018 approved the following issues-1. Appointed Kolla Sudha (DIN Number 06603646) as Independant Director of the Company.
2. Accepted Resignation of Director V.Poorna Chandar Rao on and from this date.
3. The Board appointed Ramadevi Satish Venigalla, Practicing Company Secretary M.No : -F7345, to represent the company before BSE Authorities in the matters relating to Promoter Reclassification, Listing Approvals and all other such matters which are or will be submitted before BSE for approvals.
