The Board of Future Enterprises at its meeting held on 30 July 2021 has approved the change in designation of Vijay Biyani, Managing Director as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.The Board also approved appointment of Bhagchand Baser as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Person of the Company.
