At meeting held on 31 October 2017
The Board of Directors of Future Enterprises at its meeting held on 31 October 2017 have approved the following -Exercise option for conversion of 958 Optionally Convertible Debentures of Rs 10 each which were allotted to Cedar Support Services on 01 May 2016 pursuant to scheme of arrangement between the Company and Bharti Retail (now known as Future Retail).
Consequent up on conversion of OCDs, approved the issue and allotment of 184,40,808 equity shares of Rs 2 each at Rs 49.95 per equity share aggregating Rs 95.80 crore to Cedar Support Services.
