The Board of Gallantt Ispat has approved the scheme of amalgamation of Bhavika Smeltors and Food Products, Shrinu Rolls and Milling, Satlaj Rolls and Milling and Antarmukh Steel Manufacturer and Gallant Ispat.All the above amalgamating companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of the company.
