Ganga Papers India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 August 2015, has made the following changes in the key managerial personnel of the Company: -- The Board of Director of the Company accepted the Resignation of Nitesh Anand as Company Secretary and appointment of Shreya Chakravarty as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 14 August 2015.
