Gangotri Iron and Steel Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 August 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:- In compliance to section -149 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules framed thereunder and under clause 49 of the Listing Agreement, the Company has appointed Manju Choudhary as women director of the Company w.e.f. 12 August 2015.
