The Board of Gateway Distriparks at its meeting held on 27 April 2021 has appointed Anil Agarwal as an Additional Director Independent- Non executive) of the Company for a term of 5 years with effect from 27 April, 2021, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company.
