Glittek Granites announced that Amit Dhanuka, Independent Director has vide letter dated 31 March 2015 tendered his resignation with immediate effect. The Board in its meeting held on 31 March 2015 has accepted the resignation of Amit Dhanuka.Further, the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mira Agarwal as an additional Independent Director effective from 31 March 2015 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, for a period of five years.
