Godavari Drugs announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 March 2015, has been taken the following decisions:The Board adopted the Scrutinizer's report submitted by VSS & Associates, pursuant to Postal ballot and e-voting and the following resolutions have been passed with prerequisite majority.
1. Alteration of Articles of Association of the Company
2. Appointment of Syed Anis Hussain as an Independent Director
3. Appointment of Dilip Keshavlal Patel as an Independent Director
4. Appointment of Ramesh Babu Telugu as an Independent Director
5. Appointment of Vimala B. Madon as an Independent Director of the Company
