Golden Legand Leasing & Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 December 2014, has considered the following:- To appoint Gulab Awadhpal Singh and Dheeraj Kumar Singh as additional Director w.e.f. 11 November 2014 and to accept resignation of Amishkumar Dantara and Anand Trivedi w.e.f. 11 November 2014 from the board of Director of the Company.
