Golden Legand Leasing & Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 January 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:- To appoint Sheela Somnath Kadechkar and Manish Doshi, as additional Director w.e.f. 20 January 2015 and to accept resignation of Dheeraj Kumar Singh w.e.f. 20 January 2015 from the board of Director of the Company.
