At meeting held on 09 November 2015
GPT Infraprojects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 November 2015, inter alia, has approved the following decisions:1. Soubhagya Parida, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the post of Company Secretary a Compliance Officer w.e.f. 14 November 2015. The same was accepted and approved.
2. Indranil Mitra, a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 15 December 2015 in place of Soubhagya Parida.
