The Board of Gravita India at its meeting held on 01 January 2020 approved the following -Resignation of Naveen Prakash Sharma from the post of Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 01 January, 2020 due to change in designation from Chief Executive Officer to Executive Director (Non- Board Member).
Appointment of Yogesh Malhotra (DIN: 05332393) as Chief Executive Officer of the Company in addition to his existing role of Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from 01 January, 2020.
