Greaves Cotton announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 August 2014, inter alia, has declared an Interim dividend for the financial year 2014-15 at Rs.1.40 (70%) per Equity Share of Rs. 2.The interim dividend will be paid to the eligible Members on or after 26 September 2014.
