The Board of Greenlam Industries at its meeting held 23 July 2018 has considered and approved the amendments to the Memorandum of Association ('MOA') of the Company in order to align the same with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 as well as detailing the main objects of the Company.The above alteration is subject to the approval of shareholders under Section 13 of the Companies Act, 2013 or any other regulatory authority, as may be necessary.
