GSS Infotech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 February 2015, inter alia, have approved the following;1. Appointment of Nihitha Nagajayanthi as an Additional Independent Non-Executive Director.
2. To take note of Change in designation of PVRK Prasad from an Independent Director to a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director.
3. Appointment of Lalit Kumar Tiwari as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer in place of Sai Krishna Narla.
