At meeting held on 08 August 2015
Gujarat Lease Financing announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Adjourn meeting held on 08 August 2015, inter alia, has approved the appointment of Dinubhai D. Patel, as an Additional Director of the Company.Further, the Board at the same meeting has accepted the resignation of Pradip J. Mehta as a Director of the Company effective from closure of the Board Meeting.
