At meeting held on 22 December 2014
Havells India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 December 2014 have approved the appointment of T V Mohandas Pai, Puneet Bhatia and Ameet Kumar Gupta as Additional Directors on the Board of Directors of the Company as Nominees of QRG Enterprises, one of the promoters of the Company. The Board also appointed Ameet Kumar Gupta as Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from 01 January 2015 subject to approval of the shareholders in the next General Meeting of the Company.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
