Board of Hester Biosciences recommends final dividend

Hester Biosciences announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 May 2017, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2.3 per equity Share (i.e. 23%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
