Himatsingka announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 August 2015 has approved an investment of Rs 1281 crore to expand the Group's manufacturing facilities at Hasan. The investment entails an increase in its current sheeting capacity, backward integration into spinning and a foray into Terry Towels.
