At meeting held on 11 February 2015
Himatsingka Seide announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 February 2015 has appointed Jayshree Poddar as an Additional Director, with effect from 01 March 2015.The Board also appointed the following existing Independent Directors under Section, 149(10) of the Companies Act, 2013 as Additional Directors of the Company.
