Hind Syntex announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 November 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following;- Approved the appointment of Hemant Vasant Ambekar as Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f 10 November 2016 to hold the office of Additional Director upto the date of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
