The Board of Directors of Hindoostan Mills at its meeting held on 18 March 2014, have subject to the approval of the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay, shareholders, stock exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed and other relevant regulatory authorities, considered and approved the scheme of amalgamation of Hindoostan Technical Fabrics, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with the Company under Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956.The appointed date is 01 April 2013.
