Hindustan Foods announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2014, has transacted the following :Soiru V Dempo resigned as the Whole-time Director of the Company.
Ganesh Tukaram Argekar was appointed as the Whole-time Director, designated as 'Executive Director' of the Company.
Soiru V Dempo appointed as Additional Director of the Company.
