Board of Hindustan Hardy Spicer recommends dividend

Hindustan Hardy Spicer announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 30% on the equity shares (i.e. Rs 3 per equity share) for the financial year ended 31 March 2014, subject to the approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
