At meeting held on 13 February 2015
Hipolin announced that the following three Additional Directors have been appointed and the same have been approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 13 February 2015. Appointments have come into force with effect from the said date of the Board Meeting. Further the Company has informed that, one of the three appointed Additional Directors namely, Bharat J. Shah is already holding a position as Chief Financial Officer in the Company.
