Hitech Plast announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Gool Kotwal as an Additional Director (Independent), in its Meeting held on 14 October 2014 after the same was approved and recommended by Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company in its meeting held on 30 September 2014.
