Hitech Plast announced that Rameshchandra Gandhi, an Independent Director (Chairman - Audit Committee), has resigned from the Directorship of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of 31 March 2015, due to old age (85 years) and his inability to devote time to the affairs of the Company.
