Board of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company recommends Special Dividend

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 April 2018, inter alia, have recommended the Special Dividend of Rs.1.10 per equity share (i.e. 11%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
