At meeting held on 31 October 2015
IDFC announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 October 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. Vinod Rai who has been an Independent Director, now been appointed as the Nonexecutive (Independent) Chairman of the Board of Directors.
2. The Board has approved the appointment of Chinta Bhagat, as a Nominee Director on the Board on behalf of Sipadan Investments (Mauritius) in place of Dominic Silva.
3. The Board has approved the appointment of Bipin Gemani as Chief Financial Officer in place of Sunil Kakar.
4. The Board has approved the appointment of Ketan S. Kulkarni as a Company Secretary of the Company in place of Mahendra N. Shah.
