Appointed Ritesh Agarwal as Company Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Shyamal Bandopadhyay, who has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer with immediate effect.
2. Appointed Dipak Sen as Chief Financial Officer of the Company
