At meeting held on 23 September 2015
IFB Agro Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 September 2015 inducted Indranil Goho as an Additional Director to hold office upto next Annual General Meeting.Goho, who has been working with the Company as Chief Operating Officer has been appointed as Joint Managing Director of the Company.
Further, the Arup Kumar Banerjee, Managing Director of the Company has been elevated to the post of Vice Chairman and Managing Director.
