At meeting held on 16 May 2015
IFGL Refractories announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2015, has noted Sadayoshi Tateishi has vacated his office of Director following provisions of Sec 167 of the Companies Act 2013 (the Act) as he did not attend Board Meetings during financial year 2014-15.The Board of Directors also resolved to appoint Hisatake Okumura as an Additional Director of the Company with immediate effect in accordance with provisions of Section 161 of the Act.
