At meeting held on 11 February 2015
India Cements Capital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 February 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:1. Rupa Gurunath and V. M. Mohan as Additional Directors of the Company; and
2. V. Manickam as an Independent Director in the place of N. Srinivasan (F&R) who has resigned his directorship with effect from 01 October 2014.
