Board of Indraprastha Gas to consider Q2 results & interim dividend

Indraprastha Gas announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on 16 November 2016, inter-alia:

1. to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2016 (Q2) and,

2. to consider declaration of interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2016-2017.
