The Board of Directors of Indsil Hydro Power & Manganese at its meeting held on 16 June 2017 has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Indsil Energy and Electrochemicals (Transferor Company) with Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese (Transferee Company) (the Company) with effect from 1 April 2017 ('Appointed Date') pursuant to Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 subject to the necessary approval of the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench and such other authorities as may be required.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
