Infosys announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 June 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following business:The Board of Directors accepted K.V. Kamath's resignation from his position as Chairman of the Board and as an Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect, consequent to his nomination as the President of the BRICS New Development Bank.
The Board of Directors appointed R. Seshasayee as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board with immediate effect.
