Infronics Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 March 2015, has considered and approved the following:1. Appointment N. Satyavathi as an Additional director of the Company.
2. Appointment M/s. Penmetsa & Associates, as an internal auditor of the Company for the financial year 2014-15.
3. Appointment SE Raju as a CFO of the Company.
4. Appointment of Secretarial auditor for the financial year 2014-15.
