At meeting held on 11 March 2016
Intellivate Capital Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 March 2016, inter alia, has considered the following businesses:1. Board of Directors of the Company appointed Ajit Ruwala as Additional Independent Director of the Company for term of 05 (Five) years, who shall not retire by rotation;
2. Board of Directors of the Company approved the re-designation of Venkateswara Rao as Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of 05 years w.e.f. 11 March 2016, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting;
3. Leena Modi, Director of the Company has resigned from the office of the Director due to her pre-occupations as a reason for resignation with effect from 11 March 2016 and her resignation has been accepted and noted by the board of Directors.
