At meeting held on 27 March 2014
Intellvisions Software announced that the Board of Directors of the Company and the Board of Directors of Aurionpro Solutions have held their respective meetings held on 27 March 2014, based on the recommendation of their Audit Committee approved the following:The Scheme of Amalgamation of Intellvision Software with Aurionpro Solutions.
2. The share exchange ratio, i.e. for every 250 equity shares of Rs 10 each of Intellivison Software, 33 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each of Aurionpro Solutions shall be issued.
