International Data Management announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2016, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:1. The Board of Directors has not recommended any Dividend for the financial year 2015-16.
2. The 39th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company is scheduled to be held on 21 September 2016 at 3.30 P.M. at Lok Kala Manch, 20, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi - 110 003.
