The Resignation from Rakesh Dhanuka from the position as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 10 May 2016.
2. The appointment of Pranvesh Tripathi as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 10 May 2016.
