IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following matters:- Appointment of Pardeep Khanna as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company in place of Rakesh Mahajan. The Company is enhancing the role of Rakesh Mahajan with higher responsibilities.
