At meeting held on 29 May 2018
The Board of Ipca Laboratories at its meeting held on 29 May 2018 has allotted 1,53,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs.2/- each of the Company at Rs 300 per equity share upon exercise of options by allottees to whom options were granted on 25 April, 2017 under Ipca Laboratories Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme 2014 (ESOS).With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company is now increased to Rs.25,27,04,218/- divided into 12,63,52,109 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
