IRB Infrastructure Developers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 February 2015, inter alia, has:1. Appointed Sandeep J. Shah as an Additional Director (Non Executive, Independent) of the Company.
2. Re-appointed Mukeshlal Gupta as Whole Time Director for a further period of 3 years with effect from 01 February 2015.
3. Took note of resignation of Vinod Sethi as a Director of the Company.
