At meeting held on 24 December 2014
J L Morison (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 December 2014, inter-alia, considered the following matters:1. Appointed Sandip Das as an Additional (Executive and CEO) Director of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f. 24 December 2014 subject to approval of the members of the Company; and
2. Appointed Dinesh Sharma as an Additional (Independent) Director of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. 24 December 2014, subject to approval of the members of the Company.
Further, that Bipin Vengsarkar, Executive Director of the Company has resigned from the directorship of the Company w.e.f. close of working hours of 24 December 2014.
