At meeting held on 09 December 2019
The Board of Jagran Prakashan at its meeting held on 09 December 2019 has approved the buyback of company's equity shares for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 101.25 crore at a price not exceeding Rs 75 per share.The maximum number of equity shares to be bought back would be 1.35 crore (representing 4.55% which is less than 25% of the existing paid up equity capital of the company).
